Using this website

This website is run by the Clermont Brown Youth Basketball Association (CBYBA) for families, coaches, league staff, and community members in Clermont County, Ohio. By using the site you agree to these terms.

You may use the site to view schedules, standings, gym information, announcements, and league documents, and to send us a problem report. Please use the site respectfully and lawfully.

Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the site. That includes submitting false or harassing problem reports, trying to access staff-only areas without permission, interfering with the site or its hosting, or attempting to collect information about other users.

Staff accounts are issued by invitation only. If you have a staff account, keep your password and two-factor authentication secure, use your access only for league business, and do not share your login with anyone.

Schedules, standings, and other information

Game schedules, gym details, standings, and tournament brackets can change. Weather, gym availability, and other circumstances may cause games to be canceled, postponed, or rescheduled. We work to keep the site current, but information shown here may occasionally be out of date.

Content on this site is provided for information and convenience. Official league decisions — including eligibility, discipline, scheduling rulings, and tournament outcomes — are made by CBYBA staff and the board, not by this website.

Content you send us

When you submit a problem report or other message, you give CBYBA permission to use that information to operate the league, respond to your report, and keep the site accurate. Please do not submit information about other people without their knowledge.

Site availability

We do our best to keep the site online and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free. The site may be unavailable during maintenance or technical problems.

Changes to these terms

CBYBA may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page. These terms may be updated after review by the league's legal advisors.
